Privacy and media policy

By registering to EBDVF 2023, you agree that "Data, AI and Robotics aisbl" (legal name of BDVA) is allowed to use all data given for computerised handling of the event.

The data collected is used for: event organisation; facilitating content for the event; collecting statistics of the event; and any other action supporting the organisation of the events series.

You also agree that BDVA stores, edits, and uses the pictures and videos on which you might appear on during the event. 

 You can access or request the removal of data by contacting us at ebdvf@bdva.eu. 

You can access or ask to be removed from the media recorded during the event at communications@bdva.eu.

BDVA may conserve some personal data also after the termination of processing, exclusively for the scope of defending or safeguarding its rights, or in those cases as defined by law or by order of a judicial or government authority.

BDVA reserves its rights to contact the participant for any other use related to the current or future editions of EBDVF, as well as related events or news.
